I was once a smoker...

I did a lot of things just to quit my bad habit like replacing the usual 1 pack of cigarette with a mouthwash so that when the urge of nicotine craving comes, all i have to do is gargle and to remind me that smoking causes bad breath. I even bought a pair of dumb bell but to no avail, it didn't work. Lot of times I give up and almost lost hope on my addiction to nicotine until one day my nephew handed me a Vegetarian Supplement. At first i was doubtful but after an hour comes the result...my appetite of nicotine decreases and after a week...I just stop smoking.

The Vegetarian Supplement that i was once ingested really helps and its not new at all. A new study in the journal Nicotine & Tobacco Research looked at fruit and vegetables consumption in relation to quitting smoking and found that eating healthy produce helped with not only quitting smoking but staying smoke-free as well.

Eating plenty of fruits and vegetables may have increased satiety in smokers, making them less likely to smoke (smokers often confuse hunger with cravings to smoke), according to the researchers. This study and previous research have shown that fruits and vegetables actually make the taste of cigarettes worse. A 2007 study published in the journal Nicotine & Tobacco Research surveyed smokers on their food preferences in relation to their smoking habits and found that dairy products, fruits and vegetables made cigarettes taste awful, while red meat and alcohol made them taste great.

Do you smoke? I know that you are well informed about the adverse effect of smoking and often times the subject of ridicule (even the mirror says it so). Changing your diet and taking full responsibility of your health makes a big difference.
